Job summary

Onion Search Pte Ltd is partnering with a client in the construction sector to recruit an Assistant Quantity Surveyor. The role involves assisting the QS team in pre- and post-contract procurement administration, budgeting, and cost control.

You will help process claims, contract payments, and settlements of final accounts and variations, working with minimal guidance to meet tight deadlines. A degree in Quantity Surveying or Building is required.

Qualifications

• Degree in Quantity Surveying or Building or equivalent.
• Ability to work independently with minimal guidance and under pressure.
• Knowledge of market updates and construction cost trends.

JOB DIMENSION (SCOPE)

• Assist Manager, Quantity Surveying in the pre-contract or post-contract and procurement administration.
