Job summary

UYY TRADING PTE. LTD. is seeking a motivated Quantity Surveyor to join our team in Singapore. The role focuses on cost estimation, tender preparation, and budget management for architectural and wet trade projects.

Candidate should have prior QS experience in construction, strong negotiation and communication skills, and the ability to work independently to meet deadlines. Singaporeans and local candidates are preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience as QS in the construction industry.
• Experience in architectural works and wet trades is required.
• Knowledge of cost estimation, progress claims, and cost control.

Responsibilities

• Prepare cost estimates, budgets, and tender documents.
• Conduct feasibility studies and cost analysis for projects.
• Manage project costs, variations, and financial reporting.
• Evaluate contractor bids and negotiate contracts.
• Monitor project progress and ensure cost control measures are in place.
• Liaise with clients, consultants, and contractors.
