Job summary

Mingda Construction & Trading Pte Ltd is seeking a motivated Quantity Surveyor to join our team in Singapore. The successful candidate will interpret architectural/wet trade demands and manage costs across projects, from tendering to final settlement.

Responsibilities include preparing cost estimates and budgets, evaluating bids, and ensuring cost control through robust reporting and coordination with clients and contractors. Local candidates are preferred.

Qualifications

• Prior experience as a Quantity Surveyor in the construction industry.
• Experience in architectural works and wet trades is required.
• Knowledge of quantity take-off, cost estimation, and progress claims.
• Good negotiation, communication, and coordination skills.
• Able to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Singaporeans and local candidates are preferred.
