MO GUAN CONSTRUCTION ENGINEERING PTE LTD is seeking a detail-oriented professional to support project planning, cost control, and reporting. You will prepare plans, tenders, BOQ, and related documentation, read and respond to emails, and compile daily/weekly project progress for managers.

The role involves risk assessments, invoicing, forecasts, and close liaison with site coordinators to ensure timely delivery and accurate cost tracking across contracts and tenders.

Responsabilités

• 1) Preparing of plans, contracts , tenders , Bills of Quantities ( BOQ ) and other documentations
• 2) Performing risk assessments documents
• 3) To perform cost control
• 4) Writing reports
• 5) reparing and submitting invoices , claims etc
• 6) Providing advise and forecasts about costs
• 7) To read / send Email correspondence
• 8) Daily / weekly reports to respective Project managers
• 9) Update summary listing on all works. ( Daily / Weekly )
• 10) To liaise closely with respective site co-ordinators
• 11) To read and understand the Schedule of Rates for respective Contracts / Tenders
• 12) To attend meetings with clients as assigned by Project Manager
