Job summary

TLE PTE. LTD. is seeking a dedicated Quantity Surveyor to support pre- and post-contract administration for commercial interior fit-out projects in Singapore.

You will prepare tender submissions, evaluate costs, monitor budgets, and assist in final accounts while coordinating with clients and trades to ensure competitive pricing and timely payments. The role demands independence, resilience, and up-to-date market cost knowledge.

Qualifications

• Degree or Diploma in Quantity Surveying is required.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in commercial interior fit-out.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment and under pressure to meet tight deadlines.
• Knowledge of market updates and construction cost trends.

Responsibilities

• Experience in pre & post contract administration.
• Prepare tender cost submission/measurement/quantity take off/cost evaluation.
• Request for quotation from trades and negotiate best quote.
• Evaluate price comparison and costing summaries.
• Responsible for claims, variation orders, budget & cost control and final account closing.
• Follow up on payment certificates and payments with clients.
• Arrangements on sample submission when required.
• Maintenance of project documentation.
• Request for purchase order and payment requisition.
• Ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Possess a Degree or Diploma in Quantity Surveying (Quantity Surveyor, Project & Facilities Management or Building / Construction Management)
• Minimum 2-years of relevant working experience in commercial interior fit-out
• Self-motivated and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment and under pressure to meet tight deadlines
• Have good knowledge of market updates and construction cost trends.
