Job summary

HO2 DESIGN AND CONSTRUCTION PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking a professional to manage costs, measurements and contracts across projects. The role covers budgeting, take-offs, tendering and cost control to keep projects on track and within approved budgets.

Responsibilities include preparing progress payments, evaluating variations, administering contracts, final accounts and regular cost reporting while coordinating with clients, consultants, contractors and subcontractors.

Responsibilities

• Cost Estimation - Prepare cost estimates, budgets and Bills of Quantities (BQ).
• Quantity Measurement - Carry out quantity take-off and verify construction work.
• Tender & Procurement - Prepare tender documents, evaluate quotations and negotiate prices.
• Cost Control - Monitor project expenditure and prevent cost overruns.
• Progress Claims - Prepare, check and certify progress payments.
• Variation Orders (VO) - Evaluate and assess additional or omitted works.
• Contract Administration - Manage contractual matters, EOT and claims.
• Final Account - Prepare, negotiate and finalise project accounts.
• Cost Reporting - Prepare monthly cost reports and cash flow forecasts.
• Coordination - Liaise with clients, consultants, contractors and subcontractors.
