Ho2 Design And Construction Pte Ltd is seeking a cost-focused professional to manage cost estimation, quantity take-offs and tender activities for construction projects. The role requires precise measurement, budgeting and coordination with clients and subcontractors to ensure project success.

The position emphasizes cost control, contract administration and timely progress payments, with responsibility for final accounts and monthly cost reporting across projects in Singapore.

Responsibilities

• Cost Estimation – Prepare cost estimates, budgets and Bills of Quantities (BQ).
• Quantity Measurement – Carry out quantity take-off and verify construction work.
• Tender & Procurement – Prepare tender documents, evaluate quotations and negotiate prices.
• Cost Control – Monitor project expenditure and prevent cost overruns.
• Progress Claims – Prepare, check and certify progress payments.
• Variation Orders (VO) – Evaluate and assess additional or omitted works.
• Contract Administration – Manage contractual matters, EOT and claims.
• Final Account – Prepare, negotiate and finalise project accounts.
• Cost Reporting – Prepare monthly cost reports and cash flow forecasts.
• Coordination – Liaise with clients, consultants, contractors and subcontractors.
