Job summary

Alliancz International Pte Ltd in Singapore seeks a qualified tendering specialist to evaluate potential projects, prepare quotations, and leverage experience with fit-out, refurbishment, and A&A projects to maximize bid success.

You will source tenders via the GeBIZ portal, apply cost-control principles, and coordinate with architects and clients to produce accurate bills of quantities and submission documents.

Qualifications

• Experience working with builders to support project evaluation and tendering processes.
• Matured attitude and a keen sense to learn.
• Highly motivated, confident and self-driven.
• Responsible, independent.
• Ability to produce accurate and quality work within tight deadlines.
• Minimum 3 years' working experience.
• Possess good communication, interpersonal and presentation skills.
• Able to read and write in English.
• Possess at least a Degree certification or higher in building or construction, civil or structural engineering.
• Proficient in AutoCAD, MS Word, PowerPoint & Excel.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate potential projects to identify suitable tenders aligned with company capabilities
• Prepare and submit accurate quotations by analyzing project requirements and pricing strategies
• Utilize experience with fit-out, refurbishment, and A&A projects to enhance quotation quality and strike rate
• Log into and navigate the GeBIZ portal to source and manage tender opportunities efficiently
• Apply knowledge of builders’ processes to improve project evaluation and tender submission outcomes
• Prepare tender, quotations and contract documents including bills of quantities with the architect and/or the client
• Perform quantity take off and attend site visits
• Assist in establishing a client's requirements and undertake feasibility studies
• Perform risk, value management and cost control
• Prepare and analyse costing for tenders
• Sourcing suppliers and subcontractors
• Allocate work to subcontractors
• Preparation of Progress Claim and/or Payment Response
• Analyse outcomes and write detailed progress reports
• Value completed work
