Job summary

HUA DU CONSTRUCTION PTE. LTD. is seeking a Quantity Surveyor to support Woodlands projects with a strong focus on cost management and budget control.

You will work with the project team to ensure commercial targets are met throughout the project lifecycle. The role involves preparing estimates, cost plans, and tender documents, plus monitoring costs, variations, and progress claims while negotiating with subcontractors and suppliers.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a related field
• Relevant experience in the construction industry is advantageous
• Strong knowledge of construction costs, contracts, measurement and cost control
• Strong analytical, communication and negotiation skills
• Detail-oriented, organised, and able to work independently
• Able to manage multiple tasks and meet project deadlines
