Job summary

HT PRIME CONSULTING PTE. LTD. is seeking a qualified Quantity Surveyor to manage tendering, take-offs, budgets and contract/PO preparation for subcontractors, consultants and suppliers in Singapore.

You will coordinate quotations, procurements and sourcing for new suppliers, and follow up on claims certification, variations and final accounts with clients and subcontractors, ensuring accurate warranties and as-built drawings are delivered to clients.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in QS or Buildings required.
• Minimum 2 years' experience with building contracts knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Handle quantity surveyor tasks including tendering, take-off, budget, price comparison, and contract/PO preparation for subcontractors, consultants, and suppliers.
• Call quotations, procurements and sourcing for new suppliers/sub-contractors.
• Follow up on claims certification, variations and settlement of final accounts with clients and sub-contractors.
• Prepare warranties, submit OMM, and as-built drawings from consultants and suppliers to clients.

• Minimum 2 years working experience with building contracts knowledge
• Possess initiative and be able to work independently
• Must have good communication skills, both written and spoken
• Reports to Director
