Job summary

GOODAIR PTE. LTD. is seeking a capable professional to develop and evaluate cost estimates, manage subcontractor sourcing, and oversee project delivery from pre-tender through to final accounts. The role involves coordinating valuations, variations, and cash flow for complex contracts.

The ideal candidate will have strong costing, procurement, and contract administration skills to ensure timely and accurate project performance in a dynamic construction environment in Singapore.

Responsibilities

• Develop and evaluate cost estimates, assess risks, and contract issues to arrive at final cost
• Taking off quantities, sourcing sub-contractors and suppliers on costing and purchasing of equipment, material & parts
• Monitor, track change orders, sub-contractors drawing list and materials delivery
• Oversee progress and ensure operational and delivery of projects
• Prepare quantity measurement, costing and estimation for pre and post contract and tender administration
• Prepare valuations, pricing and agreement of contract variations, process claims and monitor project cash flow
• Project administration and documentation including preparation of interim valuations, pricing and agreement of contract variations, update claim submissions and preparation of final accounts
• Evaluation and certification of sub-contractors’ progress payment
