Job summary

ST Venture Employment Agency is seeking a capable civil construction professional to prepare quantity take-off, cost estimates and tender pricing, source and negotiate quotations, prepare tender submissions and value engineering options. You will administer contracts and monitor budgets, cash flow and cost forecasting.

You will measure variations, certify sub-con progress and main claims, and coordinate with project teams, consultants and clients throughout the project lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Prepare quantity take-off, cost estimates and tender pricing.
• Source, evaluate and negotiate quotations from subcontractors and suppliers.
• Prepare tender submissions, commercial proposals and value engineering options.
• Administer contracts, subcontract agreements and commercial correspondences.
• Monitor project budget, cost control, cash flow and cost forecasting.
• Prepare, evaluate and certify sub-con progress claims.
• Prepare, evaluate for main claim submission.
• Measure and evaluate variation works, claims and additional costs.
• Prepare monthly cost reports, accruals and financial summaries.
• Cost control for material ordering i.e. Concrete and Rebar.
• Manage subcontractor commercial matters including procurement and final accounts.
• Coordinate with project team, consultants and clients on all commercial and contractual matters throughout the project lifecycle.
