Job summary

JOB HARBOUR PTE. LTD. is seeking a Quantity Surveyor to support cost control and tender activities on construction projects. The role involves cost estimation, take-off, and vendor negotiations to ensure budget integrity and timely tender submissions.

Applicants should have a Diploma or Degree in Quantity Surveying with at least 2 years of relevant experience in the construction industry. Only shortlisted candidates will be notified.

Responsibilities

• Quantity take-off and cost estimation.
• Source, negotiate and awarding of contracts to vendors.
• Monitoring actual construction cost vs contract work quality.
• Assist in preparing regular cost reports including maintenance budget cost controls.
• Assist in maintaining documentation of events at site for variation orders / EOT claims.
• Material ordering and budget tracking on quantities for main materials.
• Measurement, payment responses, VO for subcon.
• Preparing tender submissions within deadlines.
