Job summary

CANDIDATEASIA GROUP PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking a Quantity Surveyor to manage assigned QS activities across the project lifecycle, and to prepare tenders, cost estimates, pricing schedules and commercial submissions.

You will measure completed works, prepare progress payment valuations, evaluate variations and claims, monitor costs, and participate in client and contractor meetings to ensure compliance with contract requirements and commercial procedures.

• Manage assigned quantity surveying activities throughout the project lifecycle.
• Prepare tenders, cost estimates, pricing schedules, and commercial submissions.
• Measure completed works and prepare progress payment valuations.
• Evaluate variations, claims, and additional works against contract requirements.
• Monitor project costs, commitments, and forecast expenditure.
• Administer subcontractor accounts, payments, and contractual documentation.
• Prepare cash flow forecasts, cost reports, and financial schedules.
• Review contract conditions and ensure commercial procedures are followed.
• Participate in client, consultant, contractor, and site meetings on commercial matters.
• Prepare, negotiate, and reconcile final accounts.
