Job summary

DADACONSULTANTS PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking a qualified Quantity Surveyor to manage cost estimation, tendering, procurement, and cost reporting on projects.

You will liaise with clients, consultants, contractors, and suppliers, prepare BOQs and variations, and contribute to achieving cost control while maintaining quality.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related discipline.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related discipline.
• 3–8 years of relevant Quantity Surveying experience in the construction industry.
• Strong knowledge of cost estimation, contracts, procurement, and project cost management.
• Good analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
• Experience with local construction projects and standard forms of contract is an advantage.
