Job summary

United HR Asia Pte Ltd in Singapore seeks a Procurement Specialist to manage contract administration, quotations, and cost control for project delivery. You will evaluate quotations, negotiate with subcontractors and suppliers, track budgets, and prepare progress claims.

You will work with project managers and site personnel to mitigate cost risks, handle variation orders, and ensure procurement policies and regulatory compliance are followed.

Qualifications

• Experience in procurement, budgeting, estimation, contract administration.
• Ability to evaluate quotations and negotiate with subcontractors.
• Experience in tracking project costs and preparing progress claims.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Familiarity with local regulations and procurement policies.
