Job summary

Bethel Prime Engineering Pte. Ltd. in Singapore is seeking a procurement professional to support construction projects. You will assist in selecting subcontractors and suppliers, and prepare detailed cost estimates and bills of quantities.

You will also prepare and evaluate quotations, monitor project budgets, and handle progress claims and variation claims, reviewing quotations with subcontractors to secure competitive terms.

Responsibilities

• Assist in procurement and selection of subcontractors and suppliers
• Prepare detailed cost estimates, quantity take-offs, and bills of quantities (BQ).
• Prepare and evaluate quotations, tenders, and contract documents.
• Monitor project costs, budgets, and expenditures throughout the construction period
• Prepare progress claims, payment certificates, and variation claims.
• Review and negotiate quotations with subcontractors and suppliers.
