Job summary

PAND DESIGN PTE. LTD. is seeking a Quantity Surveyor to manage project costs across construction and fit-out stages in Singapore.

You will perform cost estimating, tender documentation, and procurement support to ensure financial control and value delivery. The ideal candidate holds a Diploma in Quantity Surveying with at least 2 years of QS experience, preferably in commercial/corporate office fit-outs. Responsibilities

• Quantity Take-Off & Cost Estimation: Accurately measure and estimate material, labor, and equipment costs for tendering and project execution.
• Tender & Contract Documentation: Prepare tender documents, including bills of quantities, specifications, and contracts. Source materials and assess market rates to support competitive bidding.
• Progress Claims & Variations: Prepare and submit progress claims promptly, evaluate variation orders (VOs), and conduct cost-benefit analyses to support project financial control.
• Procurement & Administration Support: Assist in procurement activities, including vendor selection, cost negotiations, and contract administration.
• Project Cost & Payment Evaluation: Assess progress payments, validate contractor claims, and ensure project costs remain within budget.
• Contractual & Project Support: Work closely with the Project Director/Manager to handle contractual matters, risk assessments, and compliance with project agreements.

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience in aDesign & Buildor similar working environment as aQuantity Surveyor.
