Job summary

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and AutoCAD software.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and manage progress claims to ensure accurate billing and cash flow.
• Assist in taking off measurements for work completed on site to support project costing.
• Submit claims and verify claim disputes both internally and externally to resolve discrepancies.
• Assist in creating and modifying technical drawings using AutoCAD for project requirements.
• Support tender bill of quantities (BQ) preparation and take off drawings for projects on an ad hoc basis.
• Maintain and organize project documentation to support smooth operations.
• Provide site teams with project information, including server-based drawings, to facilitate project execution.
