Job summary

LUX PROJECTS PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking a Quantity Surveyor for an interior design firm to manage costing, tendering, and project budgets, ensuring financial targets are met.

You will prepare and analyse costings, compile progress claims, source quotes, and verify variation claims, working independently with AutoCAD and MS Office.

Qualifications

• Diploma/Degree in Quantity Surveying.
• Able to work independently.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office & AutoCAD.
• Knowledge of contract administration & tender procedures.
• Min 3 years relevant experience.

Responsibilities

• Attend tender interviews & site show.
• Preparation and analyse costing for tenders.
• Preparation and submission progress claims, VO and finalization of project accounts.
• Source quotations for relevant trade works including price comparison and cost analysis.
• Ensure the construction project is completed within its projected budget.

• Other ad-hoc duties from the Management.
