Job summary

QINGJIAN INTERNATIONAL (SOUTH PACIFIC) GROUP DEVELOPMENT CO., PTE. LTD. is seeking a Quantity Surveyor with a Diploma/Degree in Quantity Surveying or construction management.

The role focuses on bidding information collection, preparing tender bills of quantities, and coordinating subcontract price negotiations to win contracts. You will take-off quantities, ensure variations are captured, source subcontractors, and use Glodon software to support estimation.

Qualifications

• Degree or diploma in Quantity Surveying or construction management.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in main-contractor field.
• Able to source subcontractors for quotations and assist Vo claim substantiation.

• Prepare tender bill of quantities and coordinate subcontract price negotiations.
• Carry out quantities take-off and archive tender data.

Job description

Responsibilites:

1. Responsible for the bidding information collection work.
2. Preparing payment claims, verifying payment to sub-contractors, ensuring all variations to contract are captured and tracking VOS
3. In accordance with the requirements of the tender documents, master drawings and specifications.
4. The bidding quantity calculation & guidance for other bids staff is responsible for.
5. Prepare the tender bill of quantities.
6. Responsible for the subcontract to offer, organize the subcontract price negotiations.
7. Responsible for collecting, sorting, check other bidding calculation of quantities.
8. Responsible for according to the price specified in the under the subcontract the latest perfect comprehensive unit price table.
9. Complete the bidding quotation list, submit the department manager to review.
10. Responsible for the archive of tender offer data.
11. carry out quantities taking off.
12. Prepare Sub-Contract Payment Certificate &verify sub-con's variation order.

Requirements:

• Degree/Diploma in Quantity Surveying or its equivalent or construction management.
• Mimimum 2 years of relevant experience in main-contractor field.
• Able to source for sub-contractor for quotation.
• Able to assist the superior to provide the substantiation for Vo claim.
• Familiar with Glodon software
