Job summary

LEAP INTEGRATED PTE. LTD. seeks a qualified Quantity Surveyor to manage project costs in Singapore, handling progress claims, variations, final accounts and sub-contractor claims.

You will take-off quantities, obtain quotations, prepare tender estimates, and develop schedules, methods of statement, and temporary plans; immediate start is an advantage for the right candidate.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree/ Post-Graduate Diploma/ Professional Degree in Quantity Surveying.
• Must have at least 2 years of work experience as Quantity Surveyor in Singapore.
• Competent in MS Office and AutoCAD.
• Meticulous, independent, highly motivated, results-oriented, good team player and able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Able to start work immediately is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Should be meticulous, independent, highly motivated, results-oriented, good team player and able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Able to start work immediately is an advantage.
