LEAP S.E.A. PTE. LTD. is seeking a Quantity Surveyor to manage progress claims, variation orders, final accounts and subcontractor claims. You will take-off quantities, source quotes, and assist in tender costing and budgeting for competitive bids.

The role involves developing construction schedules, methods of statement, and temporary plans while coordinating with site personnel, suppliers, subcontractors, consultants and architects to ensure project success.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying or Facilities/ Building-related.
• Minimum 2 years of work experience as Quantity Surveyor in Singapore.
• Competent in MS Office and AutoCAD.

Job Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree/ Post-Graduate Diploma/ Professional Degree in Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying or Facilities/ Building-related.
• MUST have at least 2 years of work experience as Quantity Surveyor in Singapore.
• Competent in software skills MS Office and AutoCAD.
• Should be meticulous, independent, highly motivated, results-oriented, good team player and able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Able to start work immediately is an advantage.
