Job summary

TRUSSCO PTE LTD is seeking a Senior QS in Singapore to manage contract administration, prepare tenders and bills of quantities, and handle progress claims and final accounts. The role requires coordinating with clients, main contractors, and consultants to ensure accurate costing and timely payments.

Applicants should have at least a diploma/degree in engineering and a minimum of six years of relevant experience in Singapore.

Responsibilities

• Contract administration, preparing tenders, quotes, progress claims and final accounts.
• Deal with clients on claims and contract issues.
• Quantities measurement and preparation of bills of quantities for quotation.
• Prepare variation quotations and resolve dispute issues; follow up on progress claims and payment certificates.
• Liaise with main contractors and consultants for costing and quotation support.
• Maintain a systematic project filing system to document and track instructions and documents.
• Attend tender coordination meetings and prepare minutes for follow-up actions.

• Contract administration, preparing tender, quotes, progress claims and Final accounts
• Deal with clients in relation to claims and contract issues
• Quantities measurement and preparation of bills of quantities for quotation whenever require
• Prepare variation quotations and resolve the dispute issues. Follow-up on progress claims certificate promptly to obtain payment certificate
• Liaise with main contractors and consultants to obtain costing and quotation support
• Maintaining a systematic project filing system to ensure all instructions, documents are properly documented and tracked.
• Attend all tender coordination meeting and prepare minutes of meeting for follow-up actions.

Requirements

• Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Engineering .
• At least minimum 6 Years of working experience in the related field in singapore.
