Job summary

TESS INTEGRATED PTE. LTD. is seeking an Electrical Quantity Surveyor with a minimum of four years of local experience to support tender, bid and quotation activities.

The role requires strong QS competencies across measurement, cost estimation and contract administration for M&E projects. The successful candidate will contribute from tender through post-contract stages, attend pre-tender briefings, and collaborate with project teams to ensure accurate bills of quantities, measurement and timely

Qualifications

• Diploma/degree in Quantity Surveying with at least 4 years of electrical QS experience.
• Strong measurement, cost estimating and contract administration knowledge.
• Familiarity with local environment and regulations.
• Positive team player with good time management.

Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end QS duties from tender to post-contract administration.
• Review contracts, prepare bills of quantities, and source subcontractors for M&E.
• Attend pre-tender and tender interviews; manage progress claims and variations.
• Compile photos and forms for variation orders; support PE and PM.

Job description

Electrical Quantity Surveyor - (Involve in tender/ bid/ quotation) with minimum 4 years' experience in local environment.

Job Responsibilities

• Responsible for the full suite of Electrical Quantity Surveyor duties, from tender to pre-contract, post contract administration duties such as: review of contracts, quantity take-offs, preparing bills of quantities, sourcing and selecting of subcontractors, particularly for M&E disciplines.
• Attend site briefing during pre-tender & tender interview during post tender.
• Contract / Sub Contract administration, preparation of progress claims, variation orders, verifying subcontractor / suppliers claims.
• Compile photos, inspection forms and all relevant documents required for VOs attachment.
• Assist PE and PM for all work as assigned.

Job Requirements

• Diploma/Degree in Quantity Surveying with a minimum of 4 years of work experience as an Electrical QS.
• Proficient technical knowledge - measurement, cost estimating, construction technology, contracts and law.
• Understand and be competent with professional practice and contract administration processes.
• Positive working attitude and a team player.
• Good time management, multitasking and stress management skills to be able to ensure that tasks get completed on time.
