Job summary

HYNERGY CORPORATION PTE. LTD. is seeking a Quantity Surveyor/Cost Estimator to support tendering and project execution in Singapore. You will prepare bills of quantities, cost estimates from drawings, and manage interim payments and final accounts with subcontractors.

Responsibilities include conducting site visits, attending clarification meetings, and coordinating with suppliers to ensure accurate costing and timely project delivery. Prior QS experience in construction is desirable.

• Participate in tender briefings and site show-rounds to gather project-specific information.
• Undertake other related duties as required to support projects and operational needs.
