• Manage commercial activities across multiple projects or significant project packages.
• Develop tendering, procurement, and cost-control strategies for assigned projects.
• Review contractual obligations, commercial risks, and project financial exposure.
• Lead evaluation and negotiation of major variations, claims, and settlements.
• Oversee progress payments, subcontract accounts, final accounts, and commercial recoveries.
• Monitor project profitability, cash flow, commitments, and forecast outturn.
• Prepare consolidated commercial reports and financial information for management.
• Lead negotiations with clients, consultants, contractors, and key suppliers.
• Identify cost-saving opportunities and implement measures to protect project margins.
• Mentor QS team members and ensure consistent contract administration standards
