Job summary

Firetronics in Singapore is seeking a design professional to draw shop and as-built drawings using AutoCAD for M&E services, and to support project teams.

The role involves updating drawings per client comments, preparing tender documents, and cost estimates, plus documentation and compliance. Candidates should have a degree or diploma in mech/elec or quantity survey, 2 years post-grad experience, and strong communication; 2D/3D AutoCAD proficiency.

Qualifications

• Degree or Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical or Quantity Survey or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years post graduate experience in design, supervision and project management, cost estimate, tendering, pre and post contract administration of either mechanical or electrical discipline.
• In-depth knowledge of construction laws and regulations.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Positive attitude and ability to communicate well with all levels.
• Proficient in AutoCAD (M&E Drawings) 2D & 3D.
