Paradex is seeking a Quantitative Trader to join our Quantitative Research team. You will build and refine trading and risk infrastructure for Paradex Protocol Vaults, influencing liquidity and profitability across multiple markets.

You will leverage your mathematics background and programming skills in Python, C++, or Go to back-test ideas, evaluate strategies, and collaborate with engineers on scalable implementations. This is a high-impact role in a fast-paced crypto environment.

Qualificações

• Experience in quantitative trading or research is a must.
• Strong background in probability, statistics, or numerical methods.
• Experience with back-testing and simulation is desirable.
• Ability to analyze trading data and metrics to drive decisions.
