Qualifications

• Operational leadership demonstrated with a strong interest in trading and technology.
• Ability to evaluate complex trading systems and design robust strategies.
• Detail-oriented with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Solid mathematical background in probability, statistics, and numerical methods.
• Proficiency in quantitative programming languages (Python, C++, Go) with back-testing, simulation, and analysis experience.
• Strong knowledge of financial derivatives, market microstructure, and options pricing models.
• Deep interest in the crypto space and its evolving ecosystem.
