Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum Diploma in a relevant field.
• Experience in Quality / QMS in regulated environment.
• Familiar with TrackWise or similar QMS systems.
• Knowledge of CAPA, change control, and document management.
• Meticulous with strong documentation and coordination skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain QMS and support GxP / GMP compliance.
• Manage SOPs, document control, change controls and CAPAs.
• Support GMP training, self-inspections and audit readiness.
• Monitor QMS events and ensure timely closure.
• Support supplier quality and quality documentation.
• Maintain data integrity and prepare quality reports.
• Coordinate with stakeholders on quality-related matters.
