Job summary

RECRUIT EXPRESS PTE LTD in Singapore seeks a QA/QMS professional to maintain quality records, support inspections and client visits, monitor change controls and CAPAs, review logbooks, and ensure compliance with cGMP, PIC/S and ISO/IEC 17025.

A Life Sciences degree is required, with prior QA/QMS experience preferred in a regulated setting. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and strong written communication are essential; the contract duration is 1 year.

Qualifications

• Minimum degree in Life Sciences or equivalent.
• QA or QMS experience in a regulated environment preferred.
• Familiar with GMP, documentation and data-integrity principles.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Meticulous with strong communication and writing skills.
• Able to commit to a 1 year contract duration.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and archive quality records according to data-integrity requirements.
• Support inspections, audits and client visits.
• Monitor change controls, investigations and CAPAs.
• Review logbooks and other quality documentation.
• Approve customer test reports.
• Support equipment, reagent and facility release activities.
• Assist with training, document management and QMS projects.
• Ensure compliance with cGMP, PIC/S and ISO/IEC 17025 requirements.
