Job summary

Recruit Express Pte Ltd in Singapore invites a quality/QMS professional to support GMP compliance at our Joo Koon site. The role is a 1-year contract, Mon-Fri, 8:00am to 5:15pm, with a monthly salary of up to SGD 3,800. You will maintain QMS, manage SOPs, CAPAs, document control, and assist with audits, training, and data integrity. The ideal candidate has a diploma and experience in a regulated environment, familiar with TrackWise or similar QMS systems, and strong documentation skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum Diploma.
• Relevant Quality / QMS experience in a regulated environment.
• Familiar with TrackWise, eDMS or similar QMS systems.
• Knowledge of CAPA, change control and document management processes.
• Strong documentation and coordination skills.
• Meticulous with good attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Maintain Quality Management Systems and support GxP / GMP compliance.
• Manage SOPs, document control, change controls and CAPAs.
• Support GMP training, self-inspections and audit readiness activities.
• Monitor QMS events and follow up on timely closure.
• Support supplier quality activities and quality documentation.
• Maintain data integrity and assist with quality reporting.
• Coordinate with stakeholders on quality-related matters.
