Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Basic understanding of manual testing, including test case design, test execution, and defect reporting.
• Familiarity with software defect tracking tools is an advantage.
• Good communication skills in English.

Responsibilities

• Review requirements, specs, and design docs to ensure testability.
• Create test plans, test cases, and test scenarios.
• Perform manual testing for web and mobile applications.
• Execute functional, integration, regression, system, and UAT testing.
• Identify, document, track, and verify defects using issue-tracking tools.
• Validate bug fixes through regression testing before production release.
• Prepare and maintain testing documentation and guides.
• Investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve application issues reported by users and clients.
• Monitor production systems and provide timely application support to minimize service disruptions.
• Perform root cause analysis for production incidents and propose preventive solutions.
• Coordinate deployments, releases, hotfixes, and maintenance with teams and clients.
