Job summary

• Experience designing and executing test cases, test plans, and test suites.
• Hands-on testing for web, mobile, and API services.
• Familiarity with cross-browser, cross-platform, and responsive UI testing.
• Experience with agentic AI systems evaluation criteria.

Responsibilities

• Define user story acceptance criteria with stakeholders.
• Ensure automated test coverage with backend engineers to prevent production defects.
• Analyze complex systems to design risk-based test strategies.
• Develop and maintain test automation frameworks using industry-standard tools.
• Design, implement, and execute comprehensive test suites: functional, regression, exploratory, performance.
• Lead system integration testing with other owners for cross-system validation.
• Oversee UAT, coordinating with stakeholders to ensure business requirements are met.
• Manage defect lifecycle and test artifacts across projects.
• Drive improvements in agile testing practices, tools, and methodologies.
• Assist product development; expand testing coverage to include security/app performance as needed.
