Micron Technology, Inc. in Singapore is seeking a FE Central Quality Process Engineer to lead quality risk assessments and deploy Quality & Reliability controls in front-end and FE packaging processes.

You will work with DDQA, Fab PI, cPIE, and cross-functional teams to drive inline control points and continuous improvement. Ideal candidates have a Bachelor's in Engineering with 3+ years in semiconductor manufacturing, strong problem-solving and data-driven decision abilities, and solid

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or equivalent practical experience.
3+ years of experience in semiconductor manufacturing process or related technical roles.
Knowledge of NAND traveler flow and Fab area process.
Strong model-based problem-solving and data-driven decision-making; able to troubleshoot and identify root causes.

Responsibilities

Partner with DDQA, Fab PI, cPIE and Fab QE to establish end to end QRC process.
Identify FE process to package impact and ensure pFMEA for change control.
Provide inline control points with Fab PIE/RAM/QE and central RAM/PIE.
Lead continuous improvement initiatives and problem solving for manufacturing issues.
Support excursion material disposition through fail modes risk assessment.
Drive quality initiatives with cross-functional teams to improve QA metrics.
