Zusammenfassung

RACER TECHNOLOGY PTE LTD is seeking a QA/QMS leader to oversee quality across Singapore, Senai and Batam factories. You will drive internal and external audits, guide engineers and inspectors, and lead supplier assessments to ensure compliant processes and timely NPI quality deliverables.

The role requires Six-Sigma knowledge, reading 2D drawings, and willingness to travel to Batam, Indonesia, with weekly return travel to Singapore.

Qualifikationen

• Diploma in Quality Engineering /Mechanical or Electrical & Electronic discipline.
• Experience with manufacturing processes (injection molding, printing, spraying, sub-assembly, electronics) is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of Six-Sigma and quality tools (APQP, FMEA, Control Plans, SPC, PPAP, 8D).
• Able to perform internal auditing related to ISO systems.

Aufgaben

• Handle internal & external auditing in line with QEMS.

• Review CAPA and deviation trends to identify high-risk issues.
• Resolve process non-conformances and perform ad-hoc duties.

Job Description

• Handling of Internal & External auditing complying to QEMS.

• Oversee quality functions of all factories (Singapore, Senai & Batam).

• SQD liaison / support to Batam, Senai & Singapore factories and escalated supplier quality issues.

• To lead and guide engineers and inspectors in ensuring work compliance.

• Lead supplier assessments and provide source selection recommendations.

• To perform internal auditing relates to ISO system requirements.

• To ensure & maintain cohesive working relation with inter-department, customers & vendors.

• Lead the NPI Quality process and ensure all quality deliverables are completed on time.

• Review CAPA and deviation trends to identify recurring or higher-risk quality issues.

• Responsive towards resolution of process non-conformance.

• Other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Job Requirement

• Diploma in Quality Engineering / Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical & Electronic discipline.

• Manufacturing experience with understanding processes injection molding, printing & spraying, sub-assembly, electronics, etc. is a plus.

• Good written, oral and good knowledge of Six-sigma.

• Good knowledge of quality tools (APQP, FMEA, Control Plans, SPC, PPAP & 8D Methodology, etc.)

• Ability to perform internal auditing relates to ISO system requirements.

• Have understanding & knowledge of plastic injection molding process.

• Ability to understand and read 2D drawings.

• Willingness to work at Batam, Indonesia.
