Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial).
• Strong background in control panel manufacturing processes.
• Experience implementing quality assurance procedures and standards.

Job description

We’re seeking a hands-on Quality Manager professional with control panelmanufacturing experience.

Responsibilities

• Monitor, evaluate, and maintain quality standards through all stages of manufacturing, from raw materials to finished goods
• Develop and implement quality assurance procedures and protocols to ensure compliance with industry standards and customer specifications
• Identify areas for process improvement and work with teams to implement changes thatenhance product quality, efficiency, and cost-effectiveness
• Maintain detailed records of quality control activities, including inspection reports,test results, and corrective action plans
• Investigate and analyze quality issues, identifying root causes and implementing corrective and preventive actions
• Collaborate with suppliers to assess their quality management systems and work together to resolve quality-related issues
• Provide training and guidance to manufacturing and quality control personnel to ensure adherence to quality standards and best practices
• Work with Test and Inspection teams to ensure products meet defined specifications
• Actively participate in continuous improvement initiatives, driving Lean Six Sigma and other quality methodologies within the organization

Requirements
