Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial).
• Strong background in control panel manufacturing processes.
• Experience implementing quality assurance procedures and standards.

Responsibilities

• Monitor, evaluate, and maintain quality standards through all stages of manufacturing.
• Develop and implement quality assurance procedures to ensure compliance with standards.
• Identify areas for process improvement and drive changes to improve quality, efficiency, and cost.
• Maintain records of QC activities, inspection reports, and corrective actions.
• Investigate quality issues, identify root causes, and implement corrective actions.
• Collaborate with suppliers to assess and improve quality management systems.
• Provide training to manufacturing and QC personnel on quality standards.
• Work with Test and Inspection teams to ensure products meet specs.
• Drive Lean Six Sigma and other quality initiatives.
