Job summary

Ant International in Singapore is seeking a Regional Training Lead to drive ISO policy execution and content localization across markets. You will oversee the development and delivery of training for frontline staff, ensuring compliance and effective coaching.

The role requires 5+ years in operations or training, strong content development and localization skills, and the ability to travel frequently for store inspections.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or above; 5+ years of experience in operations, or training delivery / development.
• Strong capability in course content development and localization; in-person delivery and coaching skills.
• Integrity and a strong sense of responsibility; comfortable with frequent in-region travel for store inspections.
• Strong cross-team coordination and vertical alignment; English and local language as working languages.

Responsibilities

• Content development & localization of regional training content across markets.
• Training delivery to frontline staff in diverse formats (live online, virtual classrooms, in-person).
• Daily onboarding coaching for new hires and refresher training; track participation and pass rates.
• Impact measurement & feedback: evaluate training impact and report to HQ.
• Risk escalation: interface with HQ risk network and implement regional risk rectification.

Job description

• ISO Policy Execution: Own the on-the-ground execution of regional ISO policies; track core quality metrics and drive continuous improvement by service providers.
• Quality Inspection: Conduct regular quality inspections to identify non-compliant operations and risky behaviors, and drive closed-loop rectification.

II. Regional Training

• Content Development & Localization: Based on the HQ training framework and needs analysis, lead the development, adaptation, and localization of regional training content (product operations, compliance / risk control, etc.), ensuring it fits each market and local culture.
• Training Delivery: Lead the local team to deliver training to frontline staff (including ISOs) in diverse formats (live online sessions, virtual classrooms, in-person training, etc.) and ensure effectiveness.
• Daily Coaching: Own onboarding coaching for new hires and regular compliance / operating-standard refresher training; track participation and pass rates.
• Impact Measurement & Feedback: Execute training evaluation in the region; measure training's impact on frontline operations; feed data and feedback back to HQ.
• Risk Escalation: Interface with the HQ risk network; elevate regional risks; implement prevention and rectification requirements; feed frontline issues and best practices back.
