AURORA ASIAPACIFIC PTE. LTD. is seeking a Quality Engineer for Precision Engineering at West Singapore.

The role requires managing QMS, audits, and inspections across processes from incoming to final output. You will lead corrective actions and collaborate with production and engineering teams to reduce defects. Ideal candidates hold a Diploma/Degree in Mechanical/Manufacturing/Industrial Engineering with 3–5 years QA/QC experience in precision stamping or automotive manufacturing, plus

Qualifications

Diploma/Degree in Mechanical, Manufacturing, Industrial Engineering or related field.
3-5 years' experience in QA/QC, preferably in precision stamping, metal fabrication or automotive manufacturing.
Knowledge of IATF 16949, APQP, PPAP, SPC, MSA and GD&T.
Experience with measurement equipment such as CMM, micrometer and height gauge.
Good problem-solving and communication skills.
IATF Internal Auditor / Six Sigma certification is an advantage.

Responsibilities

Manage QMS and ensure compliance with IATF 16949, ISO 9001 and customer requirements.
Conduct internal/customer audits and maintain quality documentation.
Handle incoming, in-process and final inspections, including FAI and PPAP.
Investigate quality issues and lead RCA, 8D and corrective actions.
Work with Production, Tooling and Engineering teams to resolve stamping defects.
Support quality improvement activities such as SPC, CPK and MSA.
Handle customer complaints and monitor supplier quality.
Prepare quality reports and analyse defect trends.
