ATC AVIATION PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking a Quality Assurance / Process Engineer to review customer specifications for chemical processes, conduct internal audits, and drive process improvements.

The role involves translating specs into SOPs, maintaining the QMS, and training staff to ensure compliance and continuous improvement. The candidate should hold a Diploma or degree in chemical engineering with at least 1 year of relevant experience and strong communication skills to work

Qualifications

Diploma or degree in chemical engineering or equivalent.
At least 1 year of relevant work experience.
Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Good written and oral communication skills.

Responsibilities

Review/gap analysis of customer specifications for chemical processes with adequate process control measures.
Conduct quarterly internal audits to ensure process compliance with plating specifications.
Assist in new process setup, buy-off and qualification programs.
Investigate quality issues, perform root cause analysis and implement corrective actions.
Translate customer specifications into Work Instructions / SOPs.
Maintain the company’s Quality Management System (QMS).
Perform internal audits to ensure process, product and system compliance.
Drive process improvements for quality, stability, productivity and cycle time reduction.
Provide training to operators, inspectors and staff to meet objectives.
Ensure good housekeeping at the workplace.
Handle ad-hoc duties or projects as assigned.
