Job summary

The role requires a chemical or science degree and at least 2 years of relevant experience; proficiency with MS Office and data analysis is preferred.

Qualifications

• Possess at least a Diploma/Degree in a Chemical or science discipline.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience.
• Good working knowledge of quality control standards and statistical analysis skills.
• Strong understanding of ISO9001, ISO14001 and ISO45001 standards will be an advantage.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Tools.

Responsibilities

• Oversee incoming quality inspections and analyse supplier performance, identifying trends and driving quality improvements.
• Monitor product quality from incoming to outgoing stages using SPC and ensure compliance with customer requirements.
• Manage and maintain QA documentation in compliance with ISO standards and internal quality systems.
• Collaborate and coordinate with cross-functional teams/departments to address interdepartmental quality-related issues.
• Ensure accuracy and integrity of QA data and records in accordance with established procedures.
• Investigate and resolve quality issues, including root cause analysis and implementation of corrective actions.
• Support customer enquiries by preparing and coordinating quality-related documentation.
• Prepare and review quality documentation (e.g., COA, reports) in accordance with approved procedures and customer requirements.
• Participate in customer complaint investigations, ensuring timely resolution and proper documentation.
• Coordinate evaluation/ad-hoc samples sampling activities and analyse data to support quality decisions and reporting.
• Plan and participate in internal and external audits, ensuring audit readiness and compliance.
• Conduct risk assessments/FMEA/training and support continuous improvement initiatives.
• Promote and participate in quality/EHS-related programs conducted by the company.
