Job summary

Air Liquide in Singapore is seeking a Quality Assurance Specialist to support QA, QC, and batch records for raw materials, WIP and finished goods.

You will maintain CoA generation systems, contribute to audits, and lead improvements across production, maintenance, and warehouse functions. Strong writing and English skills are essential.

This full-time role requires a science/engineering degree and 2–4 years of ISO 9001 experience, with opportunities to drive quality across multiple sites.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Science or Engineering required.
• 2-4 years in a quality role supporting manufacturing with ISO 9001.
• Strong statistical analysis and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate QA, QC, and manufacturing batch record information to disposition raw materials, work in process and/or finished goods.
• Maintain an effective system for CoA generation for finished goods.
• Serve as a subject matter expert in one or more quality systems.
• Communicate with production, maintenance, warehouse, and others to enable process and product optimization.
• Develop/review metrics to monitor key plant quality control points alignment with production capabilities and customer needs.
• Lead organizational changes for complex problems and resolve quality issues via MRB.
• Assist in compliance QMS and customer audits; lead internal audits.
• Write, revise and review work instructions, training tools, and forms.
• Complete all assigned training.
