Job summary

AAC Technologies Pte. Ltd. is seeking a Quality Engineer to manage the quality of machined products and ensure customer and internal requirements are met at our Tampines site.

The role leads the QMS with ISO 9001 and ISO 14001, drives continuous improvement, and heads the quality team in inspection, process control, and non-conforming product management, using 8D, SPC and Six Sigma methodologies.

Qualifications

• Diploma/Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering.
• Minimum 3 years of quality experience in machining industry.
• Knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 14001, SPC, Six Sigma and 8D.

Responsibilities

• Manage quality of machined products to meet customer and internal requirements.
• Lead and maintain QMS, ISO 9001 & ISO 14001 certification and continuous improvement.
• Lead Quality team in inspection, process control, and non-conforming product management.
• Conduct root cause analysis, 8D, SPC and Six Sigma improvement activities.
• Support supplier evaluation and quality management of raw materials and purchased parts.
• Monitor quality KPIs and drive corrective/preventive actions.

• Salary: Basic up to $5000 + AWS

• Working Hours: 5 days per week

Job Responsibilities:

• Manage quality of machined products to meet customer and internal requirements.
