Job summary

Flintex Consulting Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking a detail‑oriented Quality Control Inspector to inspect, test and sample materials and assembled parts for defects, ensuring conformity to specifications and safety standards. You will also monitor production operations and document results, contributing to data-driven process improvements.

With a minimum of 1 year in QC and an ITE grad, you must be proficient in MS Word, Excel and Outlook, and able to work Mon‑Fri 8:30am–6pm.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of QC experience.
• ITE diploma or equivalent required.
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Inspect, test and sample materials or assembled parts or products for defects and deviations from specifications.
• Observe and monitor production operations and equipment to ensure conformance to specifications and make or order necessary process or assembly adjustments.
• Discuss inspection results with those responsible for products and recommend necessary corrective actions.
• Discard or reject products, materials and equipment not meeting specifications.
• Maintain records of testing, information and various metrics such as number of defective products per day etc.
• Inspect procedures of the entire production cycle to ensure they are efficient and comply with safety standards.
• Documents inspection results by completing reports and logs; summarizing re-work and waste; inputting data into quality database.
• NCR data collections and photos taking
