Core Responsibilities

• Product Inspection: Inspect returned items thoroughly to determine return eligibility and product condition.

• Judgement & Assessment: Evaluate return reasons using sound logic to accept or reject returns with proper documentation.

• Stock Classification: Categorize inspected goods into usable, unusable, or specific inventory classifications.

• Data Entry & System Updates: Input inspection outcomes accurately into the internal inventory management system.

• Process Compliance: Strict adherence to standard QC guidelines, procedures, and quality benchmark protocols.

Requirements

• Education: Minimum Diploma in any discipline (Fresh Graduates or candidates without prior experience are welcome).

• Computer Literacy: Proficient in basic IT skills, data entry, and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word).
