E-CONTRACT PTE. LTD. is seeking meticulous QC Inspection Agents to join our Boon Lay operations in Singapore.

The role emphasizes thorough product inspection, accurate data logging, and strict adherence to QC guidelines while supporting a structured 5-day work week (including Saturday) from 8:00 AM to 5:30 PM. Applicants with a Diploma in any discipline and strong English communication skills are welcome. Prior experience is not required; basic IT/data entry skills are sufficient to start in

Qualifications

• Diploma holders across all disciplines are welcome to apply.
• Good written and reading comprehension in English.
• Proficient in basic IT, data entry, and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word).
• Strong attention to detail and logical reasoning for decision making.
• Comfortable with 5-Day Week including Saturday, 8:00 AM–5:30 PM.

Responsibilities

• Inspect returned items to determine return eligibility and product condition.
• Evaluate return reasons with proper documentation.
• Classify inspected goods into usable, unusable, or inventory categories.
• Enter inspection outcomes accurately into the internal inventory system.
• Adhere to standard QC guidelines and quality benchmarks.
