HRNET VENTURES PTE. LTD. in Singapore is hiring a Quality Inspector (QA/QC) to ensure product quality on a Tampines shop floor.

You will conduct visual and functional inspections, document results, and support non-conformity investigations in a fast-paced manufacturing setting. The role offers a basic salary of SGD 2,300 to SGD 3,000, plus 12-hour shift allowances, meal and transport subsidies, and a stable 4-day work week after training.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of quality inspection or QA/QC experience in manufacturing.
• Able to work in a manufacturing environment and follow procedures.
• Basic computer literacy and familiarity with Word/Excel.

Responsabilités

• Perform product inspections and quality checks to standards.
• Record defects, support investigations and reporting.
• Maintain inspection records and 5S housekeeping.
• Assist with continuous improvement initiatives.

Salary & Benefits

• Basic Salary: $2,300 - $3,000
• Additional Allowances (For Work Days Only)
• 12-hour Day Shift Allowance: $12 per shift
• 12-hour Night Shift Allowance: $24 per shift
• Meal & Transport Allowance: $16 per workday
• Every Sunday OFF
• Stable 4-Day Work Week after training

Working Hours

• Training Period (First 3 Months)
• Monday - Friday
• 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
• After Training
• Weekly rotating 12-hour shifts:
• Day Shift: 8:00 AM - 8:30 PM
• Night Shift: 8:30 PM - 8:00 AM
• Fixed 4-Day Work Week (Choose One Team)
• Team A: Monday - Thursday
• Team B: Friday, Saturday, Monday & Tuesday
• Team C: Wednesday, Thursday, Friday & Saturday

Key Responsibilities

• Perform product inspections and quality checks in accordance with established quality standards.
• Conduct visual and functional inspections on components and finished products.
• Identify, record and report product defects or non-conformities.
• Assist with failure analysis, investigation and reporting.
• Maintain accurate inspection records and documentation.
• Ensure compliance with quality procedures, work instructions and safety requirements.
• Maintain good housekeeping and 5S standards within the work area.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality.
• Perform other quality-related duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Technical, vocational, NITEC or equivalent qualification preferred.
• At least 1-2 years of experience in quality inspection, QA/QC, manufacturing or a production environment.
• Able to perform duties in a manufacturing environment.
• Basic computer literacy.
• Able to use inspection tools such as torque screwdrivers and multimeters.
• Familiar with Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Able to maintain accurate records and documentation.
• Good attention to detail with effective organisational and multitasking skills.
• Comfortable working at heights where required and able to comply with workplace safety requirements.
• Able to communicate effectively in English, as it is the primary working language for safety, documentation and operational communication.
