Job summary

Precision Industry in Singapore is hiring a Quality Control Inspector (CMM) to perform dimensional and functional inspections on various parts, ensuring compliance with drawings and GD&T.

The role requires 2+ years in a machine shop and proficiency with measurement tools; CMM operation is a plus. The position is based on a 5.5-day work week at Buroh Street, with a salary around SGD 4,000 plus bonus and AWS.

Qualifications

• Minimum O level and above.
• At least 2 years of work experience as inspector in a machine shop.
• Able to read and understand engineering drawings and GD&T.
• Proficient in regular measurement instruments. Capable of operating CMM is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Perform dimensional/functional inspection of FA, Incoming, In-process or Outgoing parts to ensure conformance to specifications.
• Ensure the compliance of equipment and tools use during inspection in accordance to Calibration and Preventive Maintenance requirements.
• Maintain control of the manufacturing environment and perform gowning as necessary.
• Perform recording of inspection data, monitoring data and other data in accordance to Records Control requirements.
• Perform other tasks as assigned by the supervisor.
• Work experience as a quality inspector.

• Salary Range: $4,000 + Bonus & AWS

• Working Location: Buroh Street
• Working Hours: 5.5 days work week. Monday to Friday (8:30am to 5:30pm), Saturday 8:30am to 12:30pm

Job Responsibilities:

• Perform dimensional/functional inspection of First Article (FA), Incoming, In-process or Outgoing parts in accordance to Work Instructions to ensure that components and products conform to specifications.
• Ensure the compliance of equipment and tools use during inspection in accordance to Calibration and Preventive Maintenance requirements.
• Maintain the control of the manufacturing environment and perform gowning as necessary.
• Perform recording of inspection data, monitoring data and other data in accordance to Records Control requirements.
• Perform other tasks as assigned by the supervisor.
• Work experience as a quality inspector.
